Internship - GO PRO 1 The internship – Go Pro 1 option is a first-class internship program “Training until instructor level in exchange for work”. In other words, your collaboration will be exchanged for a first-class training until PADI OWSI (Open Water Scuba Instructor). This training has a market value of approx. 15.000 Euros. Internship means that the trainee will have a “step by step training” learning all important skills in a dive center. In other words all experience - which is important to become a good instructor - will be made by “learning by doing” . This of course under the supervision and advise of an experienced professional.

All necessary diving courses until instructor level will be done during the internship. At the end of it the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and the Instructor Examination (IE) will be done at IDC College Costa del Sol. IDC & IE take place in February, April/May, September and in November. The training period usually will be an entire summer season, from March until October or an entire winter season from September until April. The minimum period should be no less than 6 months, depending on the general background of the trainee. Necessary qualifications to start with are a valid diving certification, a dive experience of about 20 - 30 logged dives, a drivers license and good language skills in English and if possible in other languages.
